If you don't have a design team yet, we can introduce you to trusted architects, designers and consultants. Getting a builder involved early helps keep your design practical and on budget. And if your plans are already complete, we can review them and prepare a fixed-price proposal.
Every home is different, so cost depends on the size of the project, structural work, finishes and site conditions. Projects typically start from around $300k, with larger or more complex projects ranging considerably higher. We'll discuss your budget in the discovery call, give guidance through design, and provide a fixed-price proposal once plans are finalised.
Yes. Once your plans, engineering and specifications are complete, we prepare a detailed fixed-price proposal. Every item is reviewed before you commit, so you have full clarity on cost before construction begins.
