Some clients come to us early, with an idea, a site or an architect already engaged. Others arrive with developed or completed plans and are ready to find a builder. We work with both.
Starting early? We join your project alongside your architect or designer, bringing construction thinking into the design so budget and buildability line up before key decisions are locked in. If you don't have a design team yet, we can introduce you to people we trust.
Already have plans? We'll review them with a builder's eye, flag anything worth resolving, and prepare a detailed fixed-price proposal.
Either way, you deal directly with us from the first conversation through to handover.
Every project starts with a conversation. We'll learn about your goals, answer your questions and work out the right next step.
Before talking plans or pricing, we'll talk through your home, priorities and budget, and where your project is at. It helps us both decide if we're the right fit and recommend the best way forward.
Every home presents its own opportunities and constraints. During our site consultation, we'll walk through your property, explore your ideas, identify key considerations and provide practical advice to help shape the direction of your project before design begins.
If you're starting early, we work alongside your architect or designer to align design, budget and buildability before key decisions are locked in. If your plans are already developed, we review them in detail and raise anything that could affect cost or construction.
As plans are finalised, we stay involved with practical construction advice and budget guidance, so the documentation is ready to price accurately.
Once plans, engineering and specifications are complete, we prepare a detailed fixed-price proposal. Every item is reviewed with you, so you know exactly what you're committing to.
With the proposal accepted, we finalise contracts, confirm selections and timelines, and plan the build before anyone arrives on site.
You'll work with the same team from start to finish, with regular updates, careful site management and quality workmanship, right through to handover.
We believe every project deserves the time, care and attention it takes to do it properly.
Rather than taking on more work than we can genuinely support, we deliberately limit the number of projects we undertake each year. It allows our team to remain closely involved, communicate openly and work collaboratively with every client, architect, designer, consultant and trade from beginning to end.
For us, success isn't measured by the number of projects we complete. It's measured by the relationships we build, the experience we create and the homes we're proud to hand over.
